CS SOFT was born from the inside of aviation. Our founder came from air traffic control operations — he understood the demands of safety-critical environments long before the company had a name. What began as a small team solving real problems for Czech air navigation grew into one of the region's most trusted ATM software providers.
Over more than three decades, we expanded from domestic ATC systems to deployments across 14 countries on four continents — from Indonesia to Israel, from the United States to Lithuania. Each project deepened a knowledge base that no textbook can replicate: hard-won experience in the most demanding operational environments on the planet.
Since 2018, CS SOFT operates as part of CSG Defence Systems — the defence division of CSG, one of Central Europe's largest industrial holding companies. This backing amplifies our reach without changing our core: a focused team of engineers, deep domain expertise, and the flexibility that global corporations cannot match.
Our engineering discipline extends well beyond air traffic management. CS SOFT develops software for defence systems and dual-use applications, regulated industrial environments, and other secured domains where certification, security clearance, and long-term reliability define the minimum bar — not the ambition.
