CS SOFT was acquired by the CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP

We are pleased to inform you about significant changes in the ownership structure of CS SOFT.

With effect from the 1^st January a major stake in the company was acquired by the CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP, which is Czech based holding focused on activities in defense and civil industry.

From this acquisition we expect both support for expansion to foreign markets and closer cooperation with other enterprises in the holding.
